Abstract

The author analyzes the Brazilian arbitration reform, approved with Law no. 13.129 / 2015 May 2015 and entered into force on 27 July 2015. The 2015 reform does not involve a radical combination of the structure of the Brazilian Arbitration Law of 1996, consecrating some solutions developed by the jurisprudence. The article deals, in particular, with the provision that amends the arbitration of the author, it focuses on the following aspects: the creation of the arbitration card; the precautionary powers of the arbitrators; the arrangement on the list of arbiti; the possibility of issuing partial praise.
