Abstract

This work addresses the impacts of the use of technology on procedural law and the changes brought by automation to the transformation of legal procedure. It further proposes the adaptation of legal procedure through the incorporation of technology in full compliance with due legal process as an alternative to the current trends driving the application of differentiated dispute resolution techniques and special procedures.
