Abstract

The article aims to analyze the hypothesis of national judicial cooperation between repetitive
demands resolution incidents brought in different courts, in order to avoid that conflicting
theses are fixed on those different incidents. Through bibliographic research and using the hypothetical-
deductive method, the text begins by presenting the repetitive demands resolution incident
institute and raising one of the problems arising from it. then, briefly addresses national judicial
cooperation to then demonstrate how it can be an interesting solution to the problem raised.
