ENSAIO SOBRE A MULTIPOLARIDADE E O POLICENTRISMO (COM PROJEÇÃO AOS CONFLITOS INTERNOS DO INVENTÁRIO CAUSA MORTIS)

Abstract

The essay seeks to analyze the way in which the phenomena of multipolarity and polycentrism emerge in complex procedural relations. Its objective is to demonstrate how the performance of the parties develops in the processes in which such phenomena are manifested. The inventory causa mortis is used as an environment for research, given the strong polycentric and multipolar weight of succession conflicts, marked by the intertwining of complex legal relations. It is concluded that in the inventory processes it is possible to observe dynamic movements and mobile positions of the parties that are not commonly observed in the standard procedure.
