Abstract

This article focuses the merit and it’s relation with demand. Starting from the principle that there is conceptual distinction between action, claim and demand, was found that there is a demand for each procedure, and that for every procedure there is a merit. Base on this premise envisioned to be a scientific method of ascertaining the nature of the decisions in the process, if is interlocutory or sentence. It was seen during the research that merit is far great than say, being the center of all activity under national law enforcement to the case.
