Abstract

The article analyzes the assumption of national judicial cooperation between repetitive demands resolution incidents on the same question of law established in different courts, to avoid the construction of conflicting theses in these different incidents. Furthermore, it proposes possible contributions from the National Council of Justice using soft law, its intelligence and database, to improve the proposed hypothesis.
